Projects
Forte organizes your resources into Projects. A Project is an isolated grouping of your users, services, and content.
Within a Project, all resources are shared. For example, users can query any service in the same Project.
Projects are free with no limits on the number you can create. If you want to isolate your test and production environments, we recommend creating a staging and production project.
Creating a Project
- Open the Forte Console and click Create Project from the dashboard.
- Enter a project name and click Create.
What's in a Project?
Each project contains:
- Users — Your customers who can authenticate and interact with your Services
- Services — Containerized applications that run your code, hosted on Forte's auto-scaling infrastructure with built-in authentication
- Content — Secure, private storage with built-in moderation and a CDN for global delivery of images and videos
